Developer
Full-time Technology & Engineering
Design, build, and maintain healthcare IT systems and web applications that serve clinics, hospitals, and patients across the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web-based healthcare applications using PHP, JavaScript, and modern frameworks
  • Build and integrate APIs, database schemas, and back-end services for clinical systems
  • Collaborate with the IT Director to translate healthcare workflows into functional software
  • Write clean, documented, and testable code following established coding standards
  • Troubleshoot and debug software issues across development and production environments
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical architecture decisions
  • Ensure systems meet security, performance, and compliance requirements (HIPAA, DOH)
  • Support deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of live products

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS and one or more frameworks (Laravel, Vue, React)
  • Experience with MySQL or other relational databases
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and web services integration
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment

IT Specialist
Full-time Technology & Engineering
Provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure reliable operation of healthcare systems deployed at client facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network infrastructure at client sites
  • Provide first and second-level technical support for deployed healthcare IT systems
  • Monitor system performance and respond to incidents, outages, or service requests
  • Perform routine maintenance, updates, and backups of servers and client workstations
  • Document technical procedures, issue resolutions, and system configurations
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware procurement and repairs
  • Assist in onboarding new clients — setup, configuration, and staff orientation
  • Implement basic cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with IT security policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with Windows Server, networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN), and IT support
  • Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems and ITIL practices
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work on-site at client facilities within the Philippines
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certification is an advantage

Computer Engineer
Full-time Technology & Engineering
Design and optimize hardware-software systems, manage technical infrastructure, and ensure reliable, high-performance computing environments for healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and manage server infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud environments
  • Evaluate and recommend hardware solutions for clinical environments (workstations, servers, peripherals)
  • Implement and maintain network architecture, firewalls, switches, and VPN systems
  • Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for critical healthcare IT systems
  • Optimize system performance through capacity planning, monitoring, and tuning
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure infrastructure supports application requirements
  • Conduct hardware testing, quality assurance, and acceptance for client deployments
  • Maintain technical documentation for all infrastructure components and configurations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with server hardware, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security, and infrastructure design
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software integration issues
  • Experience in healthcare or mission-critical IT environments is an advantage
  • Relevant certifications (CCNA, AWS, Microsoft) are a plus

Full-time Operations & Delivery
Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships with healthcare providers, and presenting Eros Innobyte's IT solutions to clinics, hospitals, and health organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients — hospitals, clinics, HMOs, and government health agencies
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to each facility's needs
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contract documentation
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with the technical team to align client requirements with available solutions
  • Track sales pipeline, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools
  • Provide market feedback to management on client needs, competitor activity, and product gaps

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare, IT, or medical devices
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Familiarity with Philippine healthcare industry is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
